Originally a 1960s bungalow, this home underwent a complete renovation in 2023, now offering modern living spaces. The large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room opens with bi-fold doors to a generously sized decked terrace, leading down to a hot tub area and extensive lawned gardens.
The master bedroom includes a dressing room and an en-suite shower room, and an additional double bedroom also benefits from en-suite shower facilities. The large family bathroom features both a shower and a free-standing bath and there is a further double bedroom on this side of the main reception/kitchen.
Completing the accommodation are a utility room and a spacious boot room area with surfboard storage and a separate shower room off—perfect for washing off after a day at the beach. This additional shower room also serves the fourth double bedroom located on this side of the bungalow.
To the front of the property, there is brick paved parking for 3/4 vehicles and a small, lawned front garden with side access to the large west facing rear, lawned garden. Lovely views can be enjoyed over the surrounding hillsides of Baggy Point & Down End.
