    Parminters Barns are positioned 0.2 miles down a single track, Council maintained road, which is reached via pretty, single track country lanes.

    From Braunton on the A361, turn right into East Street at the traffic lights in the centre of the village in front of Marsdens and signed to Boode. At the junction continue straight ahead into North Down Road and after 0.2 miles bear left onto Boode Road. Continue along this lane for 0.4 miles and at Boode Cross turn right signposted Beara (Buttercombe Lane). Follow this lovely single track country lane past fields and through woodland for 2 miles until you reach a crossroads. At the crossroads turn right signed to Patsford & Marwood. After a short distance, at the next crossroads, turn right signed to Pippacott. Continue down this lane and after 0.2 miles you will see a lane on the right hand side with a sign which shows a no through road where you will see a For Sale sign. Turn right here and follow the single track lane down, passing a yard of traditional buildings on your left, for approximately 0.2 miles and the lane will open into a concreted drive with post & rail fencing and you will see the barns .positioned to your right hand side.

    Fullabrook Wind Farm is closeby and visible from approach roads to the property and one turbine is clearly visible from the barns themselves.

    There are two neighbouring properties together with a courtyard of farm buildings in separate ownership.
