6 Ora Close comes to the market for the first time in over 50 years having been owned by the family since it was built in 1969 and offers a great opportunity to remodel or develop. This bungalow is positioned on a good sized plot and could be extended to the side, or it is considered reverse living could be created (subject to the necessary planning consents) to make the most of the sea views. Equally with some modernisation it could provide a superb family/holiday or second home as it stands with the possibility of creating separate 1 bedroom accommodation for guests or holiday letting.
Sea views are enjoyed over the village combined with beautiful countryside views over the surrounding hillsides from Saunton Down across to Baggy Point.
To the ground floor the spacious hallway gives access to the kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, family bathroom, small cloakroom and one single garage. The triple aspect sitting room is accessed from the dining room and enjoys a lovely aspect overlooking the garden. There is a sliding door leading out to a raised terrace, making the most of the views and steps then lead down to the mature gardens.
In 1995 an additional single garage was built (accessed via the original garage) and over this garage extension there is a fourth triple aspect bedroom (with some limited headroom) . From the velux window to the west elevation there are superb views over the countryside and village and out to the sea beyond.
Situated in a cul de sac of just 5 properties, there is driveway parking for 3 cars giving access to 2 single garages. Side access leads to lawned gardens to the west and north with mature shrubs and trees offering a good degree of privacy and an attractive outlook.
AGENTS NOTE: It is considered that the two single garages together with the bedroom to the first floor have the potential to be arranged as a 1 bedroom annex or guest accommodation should this arrangement suit a purchasers requirements.
