For those seeking a 'piece of Devon' Mill Farm offers period living with feature inglenook fireplaces, beamed ceilings and an abundance of charm as one would expect from a property dating back to 1675. The property is not listed.

Having operated for many years as a successful holiday let, the property offers spacious living accommodation with snug, farmhouse kitchen/breakfast, dining room and large triple aspect sitting room. To the ground floor there is a separate cloakroom and also a large double shower wet room with sauna which is a rare find in any property.

To the first floor there are two bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath, a lovely double aspect master bedroom of a very good size together with a double, a twin and a bunk bedroom.

The property is approached via a five bar wooden gated entrance with tarmac parking for several cars. There is a bridge across the brook which is a very pretty feature with established planting to the banks. The rear Cornish slate paved terrace area gives plenty of space for outside entertaining and a clever 'zip wire' has been installed to provide entertainment for the children!

To the rear of the house there is a very useful storage room to house wetsuits etc and the oil fired boiler can also be found here. Steps lead up from the rear of the property to the lawned garden which is positioned on the south and west of the property and is another great entertaining space. The front garden of the property is also lawned with pedestrian gated entry and is west facing.

NB - Owing to the age of the property there are some floor level differences to the ground and first floor and therefore some internal steps are to be found.
    - Please see the floorplan for the room sizes. The internal photos have been taken with a wide-angle lens to show more of the rooms
    - Mill Farm is a successful holiday let and therefore viewing availability is from Saturday 5th June to Saturday 19th June.

Mains electricity, water and drainage. Oil fired central heating & hot water. 2 wood burners.
